Carlo Anchelotti better known as Don calls Carletto. He is Italian and one of the most successful coaches in Europe other than Sir Alex Ferguson, Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola. Early in his career starting from professional players who joined Parma in 1976. After three years at Parma Ancheloti moved to AS Roma.
In 1983 he became captain of AS Roma and help Roma Italy embrace trophy four times. In 1987 Anchelotti joined Milan and became a legendary part of the squad that won consecutive European Cups in 1989 and 1990.
