Erik Erikson Biography





Erik Erikson (born in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany, June 15, 1902 - died in Harwich, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA, May 12, 1994 at age 91 years) was a German psychologist who is famous for its theory of the eight stages of development in humans. Actually Erikson is a Freudian psychologist, but his theory is more focused on society and culture when compared with other Freudian psychologists.
