Oliver Kahn


Oliver Kahn (born in Karlsruhe, Germany, June 15, 1969, age 42 years) is a German goalkeeper who plays the body 188 cm and 86 caps for his country. He played for his country (since 1995) and Bayern Munich (since 1994) and 429 appearances for the club. He was nicknamed King Kahn or Kahn, the Titan as a way to play soccer.
He also participated in the Euro 1996, Euro 2000 and Euro 2004 and the 1994 World Cup, 1998 World Cup, 2002 World Cup and 2006 World Cup. At the 1998 World Cup and 2006 World Cup he was not the main keeper but only as second choice goalkeeper country squad.


Oliver Kahn is one of the greatest legends in the history of football in Germany and the world. He is a goalkeeper who is very tough, has a high fighting spirit and decisive leadership. Proved he was able to snatch the title of world's best goalkeeper IFFHS version in 1999, 2000, and 2002, and became captain in the German National Team (2001-2004) and Bayern Munich (2002-2008).
