Asif Ali Zardari (born July 22, 1955) is the President of Pakistan since 9 September 2008 from the Pakistan People's Party (Pakistan People's Party, PPP). Zardari is the husband of Benazir Bhutto (late) who had become Prime Minister of Pakistan. Before becoming president, he was jailed for 11 years.
