Marcello Lippi (born in Viareggio, Tuscany, 11 April 1948; age 64 years) is a former player and former coach of Italy national football team. From July 2004 until July 2006, Italy coach Lippi and won the 2006 World Cup title and became the peak of his career in the training of a football team. Previously he had trained Juventus and Inter Milan during the period of the 1990s until the mid 2000's. Juventus coach when he had led the club to excel and win some championships, including the Serie A title and Champions League.
