Luciano Pavarotti

Luciano Pavarotti (born in Modena, October 12, 1935 - died 6 September 2007 at age 71 years) was an Italian tenor nationality. He began his career in music in 1961 in Reggio Emilia. In 2006 Pavarotti singing Nessun Dorma at the 2006 Winter Olympics.


Pavarotti began his professional career as a tenor in 1961 in Italy. In the same year, he made his first international appearance in La Traviata in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. He sang in opera houses in addition to Italy, the Netherlands, Vienna, London, Ankara, Budapest and Barcelona.
