Fabio Cannavaro

Fabio Cannavaro (born in Napoli, 13 September 1973; age 38 years) is a center back Italian national football team that high body 176 cm. It strengthens the league Real Madrid in the floor. Since the 2005 FIFA World Cup 2010 ended he became captain of the Italian national football team. It is the biological sister of Paolo Cannavaro.


Although short, Cannavaro has a high ability to read the game so often successfully stop the balls that come. Together with Alessandro Nesta, they make Italian defense as one of the world's best line of defense.


National team debut in place on January 22, 1997. It has strengthened the Italian national team's World Cup 1998, 2002 and 2006, as well as the European Cup in 2000 and 2004.
Cannavaro voted as Player of the European and FIFA World Player of the year 2006.
